I've always loved movement and the joyful feeling you get when you stretch your body. I started practising yoga from a book when I was around 10 years old! When I did my first real class as a young adult around 20 years ago, I was hooked immediately. I left feeling like a new person: the bringing together of the breath, body and mind had a profound effect on me physically and emotionally. Yoga became a passion and I trained to teach others with the wonderful Mukesh Kothari in Prague in 2014. I have since taught in yoga studios in Prague, to private groups, individuals, and in companies. I am also a mindfulness coach and passionate meditator.
My classes include physical postures, breathwork and meditation. They aim to make us more present, peaceful and playful.
