Yoga found me approximately 15 years ago and it has always been an anchor and a safe place, where to come back for stillness and peace of mind. After losing my mother to cancer and becoming a mum myself, yoga was exactly what my body and soul needed the most. It helped me to be a better mum, connect to myself and be a better human being. The more I practised, the more I felt the need to deepen my yoga practise in all aspects. In 2023 I embarked on this yoga journey fully and in 2024 completed my Yoga Teacher Training 150YTT (accredited by MŠMT) and RYT 200 (accredited internationally by Yoga Alliance).
