AUTUMN YIN YOGA COURSE

As the season changes, nature invites us to slow down, reflect, and release. Join Katarina for a 6-week Yin Yoga journey, designed to help you connect with the rhythms of autumn, embrace the shift from light to dark, and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm.

What to Expect:

Each week, Katarina will guide you through a carefully crafted practice that encourages stillness and introspection. You’ll explore poses that stretch and open the body and mind. Each class will finish with a short journaling practice.

  • Week 1: Grounding and Letting Go
  • Week 2: The Winds of Change
  • Week 3: Slowing Down
  • Week 4: Transitioning from Light to Dark
  • Week 5: Harvesting and Gratitude
  • Week 6: Resting in the Unknown

Whether you’re new to Yin Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this course will provide a nurturing space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself as the world outside changes.
