Let´s look at the world from the other perspective again:).
Inversions with Katka
- through easier/less difficult positions you will prepare for/get into more difficult ones e.g. headstand, handstand and others
- you will learn how to do them, but it will be totally up to you whether you will go for them or not. Maybe you will "just" train them, everything counts
- most probably you will surprise yourself anyways:)
- workshop is absolutely for everyone, whether you are an inversions beginner or a pro;)
