YOGA WORKSHOP - Chaturanga dandasan

Are you ready to elevate your yoga practice and deepen your understanding of Chaturanga Dandasana? Chaturanga is one of the most undertaught yoga poses that's why in this workshop with Katarina you will dive into its anatomy, strength-building exercises, and integration into your yoga flow.

 🧘 What to expect?

  • 1. Targeted warm-up

We will begin workshop with energizing breathwork, followed by a series of wrist, shoulder and core exercises.

  • 2. Chaturanga variations and strength-building

We'll delve into Chaturanga mechanics and its variations while using props such as blocks, straps, and a wall. 

  • 3. Transitions from Chaturanga 

We will explore how to transition into a cobra or an upward-facing dog, from beginners to advanced variations. 

  • 4. Short Flow Integration

Put your new knowledge into practice with a short yoga flow that will allow you to experience how it fits into a balanced yoga practice

  • 5. Cool down and savasana
