Alona PlishkoYoga is a general word for practices, which take it's origin in ancient India. For me it is not only physical exercises but also mental and spiritual as well. Yoga practice helps my mind to stay focused on a present moment, to see things as they really are, feel positive and optimistic. I enjoy a deep feeling of peace and tranquillity, balance and self-awareness. Each yoga asana has its therapeutic effect on the whole body, helps to get rid of toxins, develop strenght and physical endurance. I believe that constant practice is the secret of success..
